my room was a good size. the shower was great. i did like how easy it was to walk from the train station to the sights in the centre.
my room was super noisy. it made an unbearable noise when it activated and when it arrived at the floor all night.

the hotel is close to the center in a quiet area and near the train station. the room was lovely, i found the wifi worked without issues. check in and check out were very easy. the staff are wonderful people and really helped.
breakfast was fairly basic, and the coffee machine broke down. the alternative coffee available was barely drinkable for me, disappointing!

The room was spacious. It had good air conditioning. The location is convenient to the main plaza and markets. I found a laundromat close by. it is conveniently situated between two major train stations. The breakfast included a selection that was tasty. The ac unit worked well. I liked that windows could be opened.
The room service schedule was unusual. Coffee cups were washed. Coffee was not replenished. The area outside could be noisy at night due to people yelling in the street.

broken lightunderstaffed staff
the air conditioning in our room did not work. the hallway smelled bad and it was very strong. the light above the mirror in the bathroom was broken. breakfast was basic the staff was understaffed and overwhelmed plus the coffee machine was out of order.
